Final Phase to be released from June 1st
On purchasing Caerwys View in November 2007 Debbie & Lee Ward had a vision that they hoped would be shared by customers as they transformed the landscape into a truly incredible holiday home park.
The park opened in Easter of 2008 having undergone a transformation costing over half a million pounds and the first customers joined soon after. A little over 12 months later the park is almost full and the final phase of 11 holiday home plots is due for release from June 1st.
On completion the park will boast just 48 holiday homes benefitting from some of the most spectacular views that North Wales has to offer. Built on a hillside on the outskirts of Caerwys the park is a truly magical place. The owners here enjoy a peace and tranquillity often missing in the hectic hustle and bustle of everyday life, and the safety and security that comes from being an owner at this exclusive and private park.
With the release of the final 11 plots due soon there is sure to be a high demand for the nicest of the new locations available.
